FLB Division 3 Women's League 2024/25 - Brainers Club

During the FLB Women’s Division 3 2024/25 season, I was responsible for supporting the team’s logistics and daily operations throughout the season. My role included coordinating game schedules, transportation, equipment, match-day preparations, and communication between players, staff, venues, and organizers.

The experience gave me valuable insight into the operational side of managing a basketball team and the importance of staying organized, prepared, and responsive throughout a full season. It also strengthened my ability to handle different responsibilities behind the scenes while helping the team focus on its performance on the court.
